Full Refund

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by the seller. (tracking status should be ``lost`` or ``failed``)

Domestic Returns

Products which fall under this return policy can be returned domestically, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. No questions asked!

If you would like to return an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving it on support@flodeals.com

The items must be returned in their original condition and unopened in order to qualify for a refund.

You will be responsible for any costs related to shipping the item back to us.

Please note: Any products bought on a sale, promo or using a discount code will not be entitled to a full refund, anyway we can consider a partial refund + you can keep the item in some of the cases.

If your order is still on the way, but you want to receive a full refund – we should wait until the tracking status will be changed to LOST or FAIL. After that, we will issue a 100% refund.
